LAPC

I view therapy as a collaborative space for reflection, growth, and connection. I work to create a setting where you can speak freely and feel understood. We’ll explore emotions, address symptoms, and build new skills to help things feel more manageable.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, and my Masters of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Children and Adolescence from Chestnut Hill College. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania working under clinical supervision.
I use a client-centered approach and draw from therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I strive to provide a warm, trustworthy space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. My services include work with children, teens, adults, and families to strengthen coping skills, explore emotions, and build connections. I incorporate creative strategies inspired by play and art therapy to engage younger clients in ways that feel meaningful and developmentally appropriate. I am glad you’re here and look forward to supporting you on your journey!
