Clinicians

I believe therapy is a collaborative, deeply individual process shaped by the unique individual starting therapy. My approach is grounded in the belief that we are more than any diagnosis, symptom, or difficult experience. I received my Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College and I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with autism, anxiety, and ADHD. While much of my clinical experience has been with children and families, I am also passionate about working with adults as they navigate anxiety, life transitions, stress, and the many challenges that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, become curious about your experience, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself with compassion, not judgment. In addition to CBT, DBT, and relational psychoanalysis, I am particularly interested in mindfulness-based interventions after studying yoga and meditation for the past decade. The relationship I build with clients is essential to my work, and I look forward to getting to know you and moving toward your goals collaboratively. Whether you are seeking support for your child, navigating a diagnosis or life transition, or simply feeling stuck and wanting a different way forward, I would be honored to work with you.
