Enna Sanghvi

M.A.

I am a counselor trainee with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.I work with adults who need support navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional dysregulation, life transitions/difficult life experiences, cultural identity/immigration issues, stress, trauma, suicidality, and self-harm. Based on my experiences in a range of clinical and research settings, including inpatient units at Weill Cornell Medical College and Bellevue Hospital, as well as Columbia University’s Sexual Violence Response Program, I am skilled in therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, humanistic, mindfulness, exposure therapy and ritual prevention, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies.

I believe that the collaborative process benefits patients when we act as partners to work towards your goals together. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. I focus on building trust, moving at a pace that feels right, and making space for you. I strive to create a collaborative, affirming space where patients feel seen, safe, and supported. I currently offer in-person therapy for adults ages 18 and up.

As a pre-licensed clinician, I provide services under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional in accordance with state licensure requirements.
