Dr. Frederick (Rick) Stoddard II is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than three decades of experience. Dr. Rick is the co-founder and CEO of Psychiatric Associates of Pennsylvania, the founder and CEO of Axon NeuroHealth, and the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Lumora Clinical Services. He is very excited to work with patients providing medication management at Evergreen!

His clinical focus is on the outpatient population, providing medication management and care for a myriad of different symptoms and disorders. He believes in looking at the whole person and considers all aspects of health, wellness, and systemic factors commonly overlooked in standard psychiatric care.

Dr. Rick holds an MD from Temple University, and a Ph.D. from Drexel University, with undergraduate training in Biology, Cognitive Science, and Psychology at the University of California, San Diego. He is a recognized voice in interventional psychiatry and psychedelic medicine, and is actively engaged in advancing the field through clinical practice, professional education, and thought leadership.
