Laura Tyndall

Therapy is a unique and individual experience, and choosing when and where to start therapy can be unnerving. I will provide an environment full of support and reflection while helping you work through your needs and goals, and together we can identify real solutions for lasting change. I provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families wanting to increase their personal confidence and conflict resolution skills, communication, and overall well-being.

Issues we can address include depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, addiction, adult ADHD and sleep hygiene. I bring extra specializations in topics and populations such as LGBTQ, trauma, and couples struggling with performance anxiety, sexual and emotional intimacy, and conflict.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work, a Masters of Education in Human Sexuality, and graduate certificate in Trauma Practice from Widener University.

Throughout diverse practice settings and age groups, I’ve continued to develop my specializations and provide therapeutic interventions using Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Structural Therapy and Systemic family therapies.

I’ll be with you every step of the way.
